Refund policy

We offer exchanges for items within 2-3 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start an exchange, please contact us at smhaccessoriespk@gmail.com. We will guide you through the process and help you with the exchange. Please note that items sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted for exchange.

For exchanges, you can choose a new item of equal value or, if desired, pay the difference for a higher-priced item.
